This Cookie Policy explains how ADYTUS (operated by Atomance LTD) uses cookies and similar technologies — browser local storage and comparable mechanisms — when you use adytus.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data generally.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can remember things between page loads and visits — for example, that you are signed in. Local storageis a similar browser feature for remembering settings on your device; unlike cookies, it is not sent to our servers with every request. We refer to both as “cookies” where the distinction does not matter.
Cookies can be first-party (set by the site you are visiting — all of ours are) or third-party(set by another company’s domain). They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).
2. What we actually set
ADYTUS is deliberately light on tracking. As of the date above, the Service sets the following, all first-party:

Our payment and identity-verification providers may set their own cookies on their pages during checkout or verification — those are governed by their policies (see Section 4).
3. What we do NOT do
- No advertising cookies. We do not set or allow third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not embed social-media tracking pixels.
- No analytics cookies at present. The Service currently ships with no third-party analytics. If we later add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. [ANALYTICS VENDOR IF/WHEN ADDED — TBD]
- No selling of data. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Third-party services with their own cookies
Some steps of the Service hand you to, or embed, a specialist provider. When they do, that provider may set cookies under its own policy:
- Payments — our checkout provider (Coinflow-powered) when you pay an entry fee or receive a payout.
- Identity verification — our KYC provider (Sumsub) when you verify your identity.
- Authentication — Supabase, which issues the session cookie listed above, and Google if you choose Google sign-in.
We encourage you to review those providers’ cookie and privacy policies; links are available from the relevant screens.
5. Why “strictly necessary” cookies do not need consent
Laws in many jurisdictions allow cookies that are essential to provide a service you have asked for — such as keeping you signed in — to be set without a consent banner. That is the only category of cookie the Service requires. If we ever add non-essential categories, we will present a consent choice before setting them where the law requires. 6. Your choices and controls
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies (usually under Privacy or Site Settings). Blocking our session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in.
- Clearing local storage. Clearing site data in your browser removes the theme preference and any pending invite code.
- Private/incognito windows discard cookies when closed.
- Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track. Because we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, there is nothing for these signals to switch off today; if that ever changes, we will honour them where the law requires.
7. Changes to this policy
If our use of cookies changes — for example, if analytics are added — we will update this page, revise the date at the top, and where the change is material, notify you in-product. The inventory in Section 2 is re-verified at each update.
